Event Terms, Liability Waiver, and Media Release

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Illumination Dinner featuring Dr. Sunita Puri (the "Event"), I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Liability Waiver & Release I acknowledge that my participation in the Event is voluntary. I assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to, those related to the buffet dinner (including food allergies or sensitivities) and any personal injury or property damage. I hereby release and hold harmless the Institute for Spirituality and Health at the Texas Medical Center, its board, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims or liabilities arising from my participation.

2. Media & Photography Release I understand that the Event may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. By attending, I grant the Institute for Spirituality and Health at the Texas Medical Center the irrevocable right to use my image, likeness, and voice in any media (including social media, website, and promotional materials) for educational, fundraising, or publicity purposes without compensation or further approval.

3. No Refund Policy All ticket sales and underwriting commitments are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance. In the event that I am unable to attend, I understand that my ticket purchase may be treated as a fully tax-deductible donation to the Institute for Spirituality and Health at the Texas Medical Center to the extent allowed by law.

4. Program & Speaker Changes While we anticipate a wonderful evening with Dr. Sunita Puri, the program and speakers are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
